Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund
A full refund may be issued if:

You have not yet started the course

You submit your refund request within 14 days of purchase

Your request includes your full name and permit ID
Once you begin the course — meaning you’ve logged in and accessed any module — you are no longer eligible for a refund. This is due to NYSDMV rules that prevent partial access refunds for certified training programs.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
Send an email
Send an email to our Customer Service & Technical Support.

Include your information
full name, email address used during registration, and your learner permit ID.

Request your refund
State that you have not started the course and would like a refund.

All valid requests are processed within 5–7 business days, and refunds are issued to the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
If you completed the course but need confirmation or verification of your results, you’re in the right place.
Important Note:
This course is 100% online and DMV-integrated. That means no physical certificate is issued to students. Your course completion is sent electronically to the New York DMV within 24 to 48 hours of finishing the final module.
Occasionally, DMV records may take a short time to update. Here’s what to do if you’re scheduling your road test and don’t see confirmation:

Double-check the spelling of your name and permit number on your account dashboard.

Wait the full 48-hour window after course completion.

If there's still no update, contact us and we will re-verify and, if needed, resend the course completion record directly to the DMV.
Include your full legal name, permit number, and completion date in your message to expedite the lookup.

Do I need a paper certificate for my road test?
No — completion is handled electronically. The DMV will verify your status in their system when you book your test.

Can I get a copy for my records?
Yes. While not required by the DMV, we can send you a confirmation email showing your completion status. Just reach out to support.
